What began in 1994 as a boutique event venture under AHPL Pvt. Ltd. in New Delhi has evolved into a global brand redefining luxury weddings. With over 5,000 handcrafted celebrations across India and beyond, Rani stands on a legacy built on hospitality, artistry, and heartfelt storytelling.
Today, our operations centre around three exclusive in-house venues in New Delhi — Lata Greens, Chinaar Farms, and Hotel Vista. Each reflects our signature blend of artistry and bespoke event spaces.

Surya Garden (1997–2006)
A beautifully landscaped 7-acre farmhouse in the heart of Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. Known for its expansive lawns and royal ambience, Surya Garden became a landmark for open-air celebrations and grand Indian weddings.
Eden Garden (1998–2005)

Arts.i Café (2008–2013)

With a career spanning over two and a half decades, Ajay Sharma stands as a visionary in India’s hospitality and events industry. Beginning his journey in 1994 under AHPL Pvt. Ltd. and drawing from years of experience with India’s leading airlines and five-star hotels, he transformed his passion for service and design into a legacy of experiential celebrations. Through AHPL’s pioneering ventures—Surya Garden, Eden Garden, Arts I Café, and collaborations with Armed Forces Officers Clubs—he redefined the standards of catering, décor, and concept banqueting in New Delhi. His artistic direction continues to shine through timeless venues such as Lata Greens, Chinaar Farms, and Hotel Vista, each embodying his philosophy that every event should merge authenticity, artistry, and seamless hospitality.
Building on this legacy, Ajay founded Rani, a natural evolution of his vision to take Indian celebrations to a global stage. Today, it operates under his leadership, setting new benchmarks for innovation, personalisation and luxury in the world of destination weddings.
